How often do you launch new styles?

We will always sporadically drop 4-5 curated collections a year.

What size should I take?

We provide a detailed sizing chart on each product page. If you're still unsure, talk to us so we can help you find your perfect fit.

How do I care for my piece?

To find the care instructions for a product check the items garment label. For questions about a specific product please contact our Client Relations Team.

My order

Where can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. For registered customers, visit the My Orders/Account page to view the most up to date status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

We will always do our best to process your request. Contact our Client Relations Team as soon as possible with your order details. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you contact us, the better your chances of cancellation.

Please note that once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it, however, you can always request a return if you need to.

Can I amend my address?

If you notice any mistakes or need to request a modification to your order, please contact our Client Relations Team for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?

Deering pieces are returnable within 14 days of their delivery date.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.

• The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Any item(s) returned that do not meet our criteria will be sent back to you.

How long until my refund is processed?

Once your return has been received we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorising the refund. This process may take up to 10 business days.

Can I exchange my piece?

We are not currently offering exchanges. If you wish to order another style, size or colour, you will need to make a return and place another order.

Domestic shipping

We want you to wear your piece now, not later.

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day or the next business day if placed on the weekend. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to your nominated email address.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia and New Zealand and Express Delivery with Australia Post for all Domestic orders for a flat rate of $15.

Once dispatched, your piece will be delivered within 1-3 business days. All purchases are sent in our signature Deering packaging from Melbourne, Australia and we do not dispatch on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

 

International shipping

All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $40 AUD.

Shipments are sent by Australia Post and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for International delivery from purchase date.

Please note that all orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:

  • The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia
  • Duties charged for processing by your country

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are to be paid upon the arrival of your parcel, Deering being an Australian company, has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable by the receiver.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns.

Online Return Process

If you need to return your purchase please follow the steps below.

  1. Email us to to receive your return authorisation number. Please include your original order number in the email
  2. Complete the returns card included with your order
  3. Pack your return item(s) securely in the original packaging. All returned items must be unworn, with all tags attached
  4. Drop off your return at any Australia Post mailbox or location. Find your nearest post office here

Please note: Your parcel can take between 5-7 business days to arrive at our Distribution Centre. Once received you will be notified via email, and your return will be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to land in your account.

For Australian orders, a $10AUD returns fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

International returns are not covered by Deering and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

We will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. 

Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
