Shipping policy

We want you to wear your piece now, not later

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day or the next business day if placed on the weekend. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to your nominated email address

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia and Express Delivery with Australia Post for all Domestic orders for a flat rate of $15.

Once dispatched, your piece will be delivered within 1-3 business days. All purchases are sent in our signature Deering packaging from Melbourne, Australia and we do not dispatch on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

 

All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $40 AUD

Shipments are sent by Australia Post and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for International delivery from purchase date

Please note that all orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:

• The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia
• Duties charged for processing by your country

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are to be paid upon the arrival of your parcel, Deering being an Australian company, has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable by the receiver

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns.
