We are not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

Terms of sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. We will use reasonable endeavours to communicate, and resolve any delivery charges which may apply to your order.

When you place an order, we will send an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Only when your payment has been approved will the contract between you and Deering be formed.

We aim to ensure that all information, descriptions, product details and prices on our Website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Payment

Our Website uses Shopify Payments as its payment provider. Shopify accepts payments using Visa, Discover, Mastercard cards, Afterpay and Paypal. Once your payment method has been validated, we will debit your nominated form payment immediately for the full order amount.

Returns

Please ensure the goods are returned to, and received by, our online warehouse within 14 days from delivery. Items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and with any liners and/or swing tags in place. Items that are marked, worn, damaged, laundered or soiled will not be accepted for return.

A flat rate of AUD$10 applies to all Australian returns. This will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

It is important to us that you love your purchase. Should you need to exchange any item, please follow the steps for a return. Once your return has been processed, you can re-purchase any item on the site.

Please be assured that all of our items are made with care and inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality. In the unfortunate event an item contains a fault or defect, please contact us immediately at support@deering.world with images and a description of the issue.

1.16 Deering’s employees, agents and contractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of Customers’ personal information and trading behaviour.

1.17 Information posted on bulletin boards or communicated within a social media environment (eg Facebook, Twitter, chat rooms) becomes public information. Deering cannot guarantee the security of this type of disclosed information.

1.18 We only keep your personal information for as long as it is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as otherwise required by applicable laws.
